This policy explains under what circumstances refunds are available, how to request them, and special rules for cryptocurrency payments. If it conflicts with this policy, the Terms of Service 为准。

2. Consumption rules for digital services

3. Situations where full refund is possible

4. Situations where no refund is given

The remaining portion after it has been used any number of times;
Accounts have not been received for a long time due to on-chain congestion, exchange delays, users filling in wrong wallet addresses, wrong amounts, etc. (After we assist in the verification, if we confirm that the money has arrived and been credited, the settlement will be based on the number of times consumed);
Repeated application for refund for the same payment;
Accounts and times generated by using plug-ins, scripts, multiple accounts, etc. to avoid billing.

6. Special instructions for cryptocurrency payments

This site uses USDT to receive payments. Cryptocurrency transfers are confirmed as soon as they are confirmed on-chainirrevocable, Therefore, the refund requires us to initiate a separate on-chain transfer, which may incur corresponding on-chain handling fees, which will be borne by us.
